Bearing Manufacturing Process
Complete Precision Production Workflow for Standard & Custom Non-Standard Bearings
As a professional bearing supplier, we cooperate with standardized certified bearing factories with complete mature production lines. Strict multi-stage quality inspection is implemented throughout the whole supply chain to guarantee stable precision, smooth operation and long service life of micro, miniature, deep groove and custom non-standard bearings.
Each production step is matched with specific inspection points to control dimensional stability, material performance and final bearing reliability.
After the overall supply chain preparation, each bearing will follow this fixed standardized production flow. Multiple inspection nodes are embedded in every key working procedure to implement full-process quality control, applicable to both standard bearings and custom non-standard bearings.
Jakstar Bearing whole production quality control standards and inspection rules.
At Jakstar Bearing, quality control runs through every link of bearing manufacturing. We have formulated complete and standardized QC management rules, including first article inspection, 100% full inspection and periodic sampling inspection corresponding to the production flowchart. All production processes are monitored quantitatively to ensure stable dimensional accuracy, low noise performance and long service life of finished bearings, meeting global industrial procurement quality requirements.
First Article Inspection is the primary quality checkpoint before mass production. The A-level inspection is mandatory whenever production batches, bearing models, processing tools, or machine parameters are changed.
Before formal mass production, the first finished product of each batch will be fully tested for size tolerance, surface finish, groove precision, and assembly structure. Only after passing the first article inspection can the assembly line start continuous production. This mechanism effectively avoids large-scale defective products caused by tool deviation, equipment errors, or parameter changes.
B-level full inspection is applied to all core and critical processes that directly affect bearing performance and safety.
All finished bearings undergo one-by-one manual and automatic full inspection. No random sampling is allowed in these key steps. The 100% full inspection standard ensures zero defective products in finished stock and guarantees low noise, high smoothness, and stable rotation performance for every delivered bearing.
G-level periodic sampling inspection runs through the whole continuous machining process.
During long-term batch production, our quality team regularly selects samples from the assembly line to monitor machining accuracy, equipment stability, and process consistency. Periodic sampling can timely detect subtle tool wear, machine vibration deviation, or temperature errors that gradually occur during long working hours.
Through G-standard patrol inspection, we keep the entire production process stable and consistent, ensuring every batch maintains unified precision and quality standards.
Heat treatment is defined as a special and core process in bearing manufacturing, directly determining bearing hardness, toughness, wear resistance and service life.
We implement independent parameter recording, real-time temperature monitoring, and batch data archiving for all heat treatment procedures. Each batch has traceable production records to avoid hardness inconsistency, deformation, or unstable metal structure. Strict special process control ensures the long-term stability of industrial bearings under high-speed and high-load working conditions.
Before packaging and shipment, all finished bearings pass comprehensive final acceptance inspection, including appearance inspection, dimensional recheck, noise performance test, clearance detection, and anti-rust effect confirmation.
Only products that fully meet internal factory standards and international industrial tolerance standards can be packed, labeled, and delivered. We maintain complete inspection records for every batch, supporting customer quality audit and long-term order stability.
By implementing the complete A/B/G three-tier inspection system and full-process quality supervision, Jakstar Bearing achieves standardized, stable, and traceable bearing production. Strict quality control from raw materials, processing, assembly to final shipment ensures reliable, high-precision, and long-service-life bearings for global industrial customers.
