Custom nylon/POM overmolded plastic insert bearings, also called plastic coated pulley bearings, take standard deep groove ball bearings as inner core, outer layer overmolded with PA66 nylon, POM acetal plastic. Different wheel profiles including U-groove, V-groove, flat straight wheel, flanged wheel can be fully customized according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
As a typical non-standard customized bearing product, it is widely used for equipment guiding, sliding track positioning, tensioning and conveying rolling parts in automated machinery.
